We are very pleased to announce that this garden received a silver award at the Association of Professional Landscaping awards 2022. The new occupants of Townsend Barn wished to transform their recently acquired barn conversion and field into a woodland glade with a paved section close to the house, pergola, pergoda and archways leading out onto a walk that circled the garden, planting close to 100 trees, herbaceous flowering borders surrounding a circular lawn with 2 further circular paved sections. A bespoke Larch gazebo at the far end of the garden finished the project. Subtle lighting was added to highlight a Silver Birch Avenue & several feature trees to ensure the gardens appeal lasted throughout the evening. In total over 400m2 of sandstone, 80m2 granite sets, local Cotswold walling stone, locally sourced and milled Larch created the customers dream garden of a woodland walk including circles and planting. We even managed to add a composting area and raised vegetable beds. A feature Larch post washing line was included to match the existing wood.
